The application provides a challenging experience by utilizing real patients' ECG recordings, many of which are complex and involve multiple conditions. To achieve a 3-star rating, users need to accurately interpret all cases; incorrect selections result in notifications on your iPhone or iPad and deduction of points.

<li>All cases are stored as raw data (sampling rate is 500 points per second) rather than static images, enabling detailed examination of waveforms down to the pixel level.</li>
<li>Prior knowledge of ECG interpretation is recommended, using these cases to establish a solid foundation in cardiology.</li>
